Cleaning and Disinfecting Services by Kenland effective against Coronavirus

Kenland Janitorial & Property Management was established more than 40 years ago in Delray Beach, Florida. We are cleaning experts.

The Office of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has included janitorial companies on the list of Essential Businesses that can and should operate during the mandatory shut-down to help “flatten the curve” of the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Likewise, Palm Beach County also included janitorial companies to the list of Critical Businesses that can continue to operate.  “Kenland Janitorial & Property Management is helping to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 by offering our customers disinfecting cleaning services using EPA-registered products that help kill some strands of the Human Coronavirus,” says Lori J. Durante who operates Kenland that was started by her father Kenneth Durante more than 40 years ago.

Our experiences includes post-construction cleaning for Delray Beach Community Hospital (Medical Center) when it was built in the 1980s and this family-owned janitorial company provided the post-construction cleaning for the Fair Oaks Hospital in Delray Beach. Kenland Janitorial has also cleaned for Florida Atlantic University (Gym), Delray Beach City Hall and the Delray Beach Fire Department, to name a few.  We are a family of professional cleaners.  Services are offered for commercial and residential properties.

The situation of concerns regarding COVID19 has resulted in the official notices that everyone needs to do their part in helping to prevent the spread of the virus and to sanitize and keep a cleaner environment.    Since the inception of Kenland Janitorial & Property Management more than 40 years ago, we’ve maintained a sanitizing-cleaning protocol.  This cleaning process has existed prior to the COVID-19 health situation.  Kenland’s cleaning experiences have included hospitals as well as child care centers in addition to residential properties.  Kenland’s team members are trained in a cleaning protocol to assure a hygienic service for the client.

By offering our services using EPA-registered disinfectants cleaning solutions that helps to kill some strands of the Human Coronavirus, Kenland is doing its part to help flatten the curve.  Disinfectant services are provided with hand wiping and fogging machines.
